Rossi is a monster. If he and Byfield go into the corner for a puck, Marco comes out with it 90% of the time. He's squat like Crosby and Marchand. Best faceoff man in the OHL. Kid will be a steal for whomever gets him.

So when Detroit picks 4th overall do you take Rossi or Stutzle?

I'd take Rossi, but I'm biased because I've seen him live 28 times this year. Stutzle was pretty sweet at the U20's though. A factor might be C vs W. Rossi despite his size is going to be a centre. Stutzle seems to shift around and play every position.

Also who went third in this scenario? Drysdale?

I really like all that I hear about Rossi. I belive he is top 4 material. The only way you take Drysdale before him is if your system needs D more than a top 4 forward. I really think that Byfield, Stutzle, and Rossi will figure mightily on the score sheet. The only difference will be how your team is built as to which one will fit in the best. I would be pleased with either one! Of coarse if Stevie has #1 it has to be Laf!

I would bet Johansson stays in Sweden for a year given the uncertainty of the AHL season.....unless he is allowed to leave for here in their mid season to start a season here in December???? It would be good if he were to put some meat on his bones.

It’s a good point. He can get into the season there and come back if the team wants him. I’m not sure how the transfer agreement is phrased regarding transferring mid season, to be fair. Nice input! Thanks
